Terms of Service

These terms outline how KDSX provides access to the platform and what we expect from teams using it. We kept the language plain so operators can review it without a legal dictionary.

1. Accounts & access

Each restaurant is provisioned with unique logins. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. Multi-location operators can request SSO or granular role controls by emailing support@kdsx.uz.

2. Acceptable use

Use KDSX to operate your venues, not to probe infrastructure, resell access, or send abusive content through our notification channels. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

3. Billing

Starter is free for the first month. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled with seven days notice. Hardware purchases are invoiced separately. Contact billing@kdsx.uz if you need offline payment options.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of menus, inventory, sales data, and guest information you store in KDSX. We act as a processor, only using the data to provide and improve the service. Upon request we will export your data in a portable format within five business days.

5. Updates

We iterate quickly. When we roll out changes that materially affect your use of the platform we will notify the billing contact via email. Your continued use of KDSX after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
