Privacy Policy

This page summarizes the data we collect, why we collect it, and how restaurant teams can control or remove their information.

1. Information we collect

We gather operator contact details, venue metadata, menu items, inventory counts, orders, and device telemetry. Optional channels like Telegram or KakaoTalk are stored only when you provide them.

2. How we use data

Data powers dashboards, alerts, and automations. We may anonymize usage patterns to improve forecasting and reliability but never sell identifiable information to third parties.

3. Integrations & processors

When you enable payments, delivery, or accounting integrations we send only the minimum fields those partners require. Current sub-processors and regions are listed in our SOC 2 packet — request it at compliance@kdsx.uz.

4. Retention & deletion

Operational data stays active while your subscription is live. We retain backups for 30 days after cancellation, then purge them unless regulators require a longer window. You can request deletion at any time and we will confirm once complete.

5. Questions

Email privacy@kdsx.uz if you need a signed DPA, want to update contacts, or have compliance questions. We typically respond within one business day.
